Infocredit Group Participates in Cyprus–UAE Business Roundtable Supporting the Establishment of the UAE–Cyprus Joint Business & Investment Council
Infocredit Group joins CCCI, Invest Cyprus and the Federation of UAE Chambers to launch a new institutional platform for bilateral trade, investment and cross-border cooperation.

Nicosia, Cyprus – December 2025. Infocredit Group proudly participated in the Cyprus–UAE Business Roundtable, held in Nicosia, marking a significant milestone in the strengthening of economic and business relations between Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates.
The Group was represented by its CEO, Mr. Theodoros Kringou, who attended the Roundtable in his capacity as CEO of Infocredit Group Ltd, representing the Group’s new joint venture with MBME Group UAE through ComplianceSuite, and as a Founding Member of the Cyprus Business Council (CBC), established in Dubai under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers.
A new institutional platform for bilateral cooperation
The Roundtable was hosted by the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) in collaboration with Invest Cyprus – CIPA and the Cypriot Presidency, and culminated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between CCCI, Invest Cyprus and the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry, formally establishing the UAE–Cyprus Joint Business & Investment Council.
The newly established Council will operate as a structured institutional platform aimed at promoting bilateral trade, facilitating investment flows, supporting joint ventures, and fostering long-term private-sector cooperation between the two countries.
High-level participation and strategic alignment
High-level participation included senior representatives from the Government of Cyprus and the UAE, as well as leading institutions such as Dubai Chambers, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, DP World, AD Ports Group, G42, Masdar, Space42, Eagle Hills UAE, ADQ and Emirates, alongside Cypriot and Emirati business leaders.
From Infocredit Group’s perspective, the initiative aligns strongly with the Group’s strategic focus on regulatory technology (RegTech), compliance automation, AML, KYC & KYB solutions, and trusted cross-border business frameworks.
