Theodoros Kringou is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Infocredit Group, an international provider of credit intelligence, compliance, and risk management solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in banking, credit risk, and regulatory technology, he has led the transformation of the Group into a regional leader in business information, AML/KYC compliance, and digital risk platforms serving clients across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

He began his career at Bank of Cyprus Factors in 1996 and joined Infocredit Group in 2003, where he played a key role in expanding the company's international footprint and developing advanced API-driven solutions covering credit risk management, AML/CTF compliance, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence.

Under his leadership, Infocredit Group has established strategic partnerships with leading global organisations, including Mastercard and LexisNexis Risk Solutions, enabling clients to access trusted global compliance data, financial crime, cybersecurity intelligence, and risk analytics through integrated digital platforms.

Beyond his executive role, Theodoros serves on the Board of the Nicosia Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a Founding Member and Board Member of the Cyprus Business Council in Dubai (UAE). He is also a Founding Member of Malta Credit Bureau and serves as Director in several international organisations, including ICG Middle East Commercial Services (UAE), First Cyprus Credit Bureau Ltd, HostingB2B Ltd, and Delphi Alliance.

A certified mediator and governance professional, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute (FCG), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), and a Certified Cryptocurrency Tracing Examiner (CTCE). He holds a BSc in Management from St. Francis College in New York and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management. His leadership has been recognised through multiple industry distinctions, including his nomination as a finalist for Business Leader of the Year at the Cyprus EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Nicos Ioannou holds a degree in Business Administration and brings over 18 years of extensive experience in Credit Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance, with a specialised focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and broader compliance services. As General Manager at Infocredit Group, Nicos contributes to the company's strategic initiatives in delivering robust compliance solutions that help businesses meet increasingly complex regulatory demands.

Nicos is a recognised expert in AML, Know Your Customer (KYC) frameworks, and regulatory compliance strategies. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM) and the Credit Services Association (CSA) and holds accreditation from the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI).

In addition to his professional achievements, Nicos is a certified mediator and board member of the Association of Mediators in Cyprus. He is also a certified trainer by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (ANAD). His leadership was recognised through his nomination for the CICM British Credit Awards 2021 in the “Credit Professional of the Year” category.

Theocharis Theocharous is a banking and operations executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in credit risk management, governance, and operational excellence. He holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a BSc (econ) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).

He began his career in the late 1980s at Hellenic Bank in Nicosia. During his 35-year career there, he held senior managerial roles across credit, credit control, credit audit, credit risk monitoring, organisational methods, and group operations. He represented the Cyprus Banks Association at the European Payments Council (EPC) Plenary Sessions in Brussels and played an active role in the implementation of the SEPA payments project.

In September 2023, Theocharis joined Infocredit Group Ltd as Management System Coordinator & Special Projects, contributing to the governance and continuous improvement of the Group's Integrated Management System and delivering strategic transformation initiatives.

Maria Evangelou is a chartered certified accountant by profession, specialised in the prevention and detection of Fraud and Money Laundering. She is the International Compliance Advisory Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd.

She began her professional career in the Audit and Assurance Department of a Big Four Audit Firm and has been with our team for over seven years. Maria handles a diverse client portfolio, including some of Europe's largest betting and gaming firms, banks and other large financial institutions, regulators, governmental offices, and insurance firms.

She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

Elena Miamilioti holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and European Studies, as well as a Master's degree in International Relations. For the last 9 years she has been offering her academic knowledge and business experience in Infocredit Group's Compliance Advisory Department, as Compliance Advisory Sales Manager since February 2024.

With extensive experience in the critical field of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), Elena is known for her meticulous approach and consistent track record of achieving exceptional results. She has fostered strong partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, legal and audit firms, and betting and gaming companies.

Stelios Komis holds a PhD in Finance from Brunel University (UK) and is Senior Risk Advisory Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd. He has over two decades of experience in risk management and financial analysis.

At Infocredit Group, he leads the Risk Advisory function, supporting clients in designing and implementing modern risk management solutions. He built on his long career at the Bank of Cyprus (1996–2022), where he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing corporate, SME, and consumer credit rating systems, and served as the Bank's representative on the Moody's Risk Advisor Advisory Group (MRAAG).

Before joining the Bank of Cyprus, Stelios was a lecturer in accounting and finance at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in the UK. He is a long-standing board member of the Cyprus Economic Society.

Loukas Hadjimichael is a former military officer who joined Infocredit Group Ltd in January 2025, bringing with him over four decades of distinguished service in the National Guard.

Throughout his 41-year career, he held senior command positions across all ranks, including serving as the Deputy Commander of the Civil Defence Force of the Republic of Cyprus.

In his current role as HR & Training Manager, he applies his leadership, organisational, and training expertise to support the Group's people development and operational effectiveness.

Costas Christodoulou's tenure as Accounting Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd has been marked by his enduring commitment and significant contributions to the financial management and strategic planning of the company.

With a career spanning over 17 years, Costas has become synonymous with reliability, precision, and strategic insight. His expertise extends beyond routine accounting practices to include financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, empowering the company to make informed decisions and pursue sustainable growth.

Beyond his technical skills, Costas is celebrated for his collaborative spirit and his capacity to mentor and inspire his team, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Stalo Michaelidou is a highly motivated professional with excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail. She has held the position of Manager at Decol Services Limited since October 2025.

She began her career in the banking sector in 2001, working across various roles within the Retail and Corporate Banking Divisions. From 2013 onwards, she specialised in restructuring and recoveries, gaining substantial experience in portfolio management, credit risk, business planning, and cross-selling. Prior to joining Decol Services, she worked with Alpha Bank, Bank of Cyprus, Do Value, and Themis Portfolio Management Ltd.

Stalo holds a degree in Economics from the University of Athens and holds certifications from the Cyprus Insurance Institute in General and Life Insurance, as well as professional training in GDPR, Insolvency, Receiverships, Bankruptcies and Liquidations, and Lending Analysis.

Irene Kringou brings over 15 years of extensive experience in customer service and call centre management. As Senior Call Centre Manager, she leads high-performing teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures consistently high standards of customer engagement.

Previously, Irene served as Debt Collection Manager, where she oversaw the planning and management of long-term and short-term debt recovery processes, ensuring full compliance with Cyprus and European Union regulations.

Irene holds professional certification from the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI) and was shortlisted for Team Leader of the Year – Non-Creditor (Small) at the Women in Credit Awards 2022, organised by Credit Strategy UK.

Nikos Tsivgoulis brings a decade of expertise in elevating customer service and operational efficiency to the forefront of Infocredit Group Ltd.
