CYENS Centre of Excellence welcomed Infocredit Group Ltd for a meeting that explored strategic collaboration in AI integration, modular agent development, call-centre technologies, and compliance platforms, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

CYENS Centre of Excellence welcomed representatives from Infocredit Group Ltd for an insightful meeting on Wednesday, marking the beginning of a promising dialogue toward strategic collaboration.

During the visit, CYENS expressed its appreciation for Infocredit Group Ltd’s inspiring journey from a local startup to a globally recognized enterprise. The two organizations explored potential avenues for collaboration in areas such as AI integration, modular agent development, call centre technologies, and compliance platforms.

Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding

The meeting concluded with the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with Prof. George Chrysanthou, General Director of CYENS, and Dr. Constantinos Neophytou, Innovation Leader at CYENS, joining Mr. Theodoros Kringou, Managing Director of Infocredit Group Ltd, and Dr. Stelios Komis, Risk Advisory Senior Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd, to formalize this shared commitment to innovation and partnership.

Next steps

As part of the next steps, CYENS will provide Infocredit Group Ltd with a tailored overview of its teams’ capabilities in fields of mutual interest. Infocredit Group Ltd will also establish a presence within the CYENS Tech Hub, securing seats in the co-working space to support ongoing engagement and co-creation.
