DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicates promptly and effectively with local and international clients via e-mail and/or telephone.

  • Resolve problems experienced by the client or handle any complaints the client may express.

  • Communicates effectively and consistently with other departments ensuring that all the clients’ needs are taken care of according to requirements.

  • Implement a system of identifying new prospect clients and build dynamic and focused marketing list.

  • Engage cold calling and follow up calling to prospect clients with the objective to maximize new sales.

  • Be assigned various projects that he/she will need to organise, develop and deliver according to the managements requirements in specific deadlines.

  • Will in occasions be assigned in working teams and will need to contribute actively in succeeding the objectives of the team.

  • Must utilize the company’s CRM system and make sure to register all necessary information to the CRM system (e.g. partner information, communication exchange, problems and any other issue is set by the company’s management)

  • Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up.

  • Provides high quality customer support.
